Once an enquiry is entered onto the system and the initial venue search carried out, the venue responses are entered and a client proposal generated. This proposal lists venues being held, rates negotiated, overall costs at each venue, savings and other information about the venues. The booking system has the ability to link multiple room allocations or subsidiary bookings, eg. coaches, entertainers, etc

There is a highly automated accommodation booking facility including guest profiles and guest histories. Room rates are stored against venues and used automatically in the booking process to ensure the best rate.
