| How Does The Scheme Work? |
Step one: Register yourself as a member of the rewards scheme by completing and returning the below.
Step two :As soon as your registration is received, you will become a rewards scheme member and any future bookings will be valid for earning vouchers.
Step three: Every quarter we will automatically calculate the points accumulated according to the value of the bookings you have placed with us. You then receive a statement and the vouchers in the post. |

| How Are The Points Calculated? |
| You receive one point for every £125.00 of business you book through Conference Consultancy. The calculation is based on the final invoice value (excluding any non-commissionable elements). The greater the value of the bookings you make with us, the less points you need for a voucher, as shown on the chart below. |
