01) Participation in the Conference Consultancy Rewards Scheme is accepted only on completion and return of the registration form.

02) This promotion is only valid for bookings made after the form is received.

03) The promotion is only valid for bookings made at venues which operate on a commission paying basis

04) Vouchers will be issued according to the value of the booking. This value is based on the final invoice amount calculated after the event, but will exclude any non-commissionable items.

05) The value of the booking will be rounded down to the nearest multiple of £125.00.

06) Conference Consultancy reserves the right to substitute a similar voucher if the described voucher is not available.

07) No cash alternative to the vouchers is available

08) Employees must obtain permission from their employers before joining the Conference Consultancy Rewards Scheme

09) Participants in this promotion should be aware that participation may result in tax being incurred

10) This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
